My Study Programme

I´d like to change how my curriculum is organized, since we have courses of fundamental importance in the 1 st semester, as in the case of Bioclimatology, which has been place in the 2 nd semester, and which we had to do online, it’s a course that at the time, no one gave it the importance it should, and now we find ourselves at a point where no one remembers anything of it, being fundamental knowledge, and not only that, but also genetics, which is a fundamental field, doesn´t have the importance it should, since it is the only one of that line if you don’t specialize, being something that today has a lot of weight such as genetic improvement, the areas of animal production perhaps should be left as optional, since they teach us things that veterinarians should be in charge of, and not so much us as agronomists, mainly changes in the order of branches, the academic load could also be reduced, since I am up to date and have more than 7 branches this semester, making it imposs...

Back to the future

In this time-traveler's odyssey, I would immerse myself in the daily life of ordinary Chinese citizens, getting a firsthand experience of their customs, rituals, and the profound sense of unity that pervaded society. I'd partake in traditional tea ceremonies, practice calligraphy, and perhaps even learn the graceful art of Tai Chi, embracing these cultural treasures as if they were my own. The 1966 setting, a year before the frenzy of the Cultural Revolution, would allow me to witness China on the cusp of transformation, where the nation teetered on the precipice of profound change. The ideological battles of the era, the Red Guards' fervor, and the massive political shifts would be a perplexing but crucial aspect of my experience. I'd endeavor to understand the complexities of the time, the hopes and fears of the people caught in the maelstrom of history. As I guarded the nation's cultural heritage, I'd also strive to foster a deeper appreciation for the mult...

My dream job is not to be a translator or anything that has to do with English, in fact I would like to learn the Haitian Creole, to work in the fruticulture area with them, giving them orders and for them to call me Mr. Agronomist, could I. It may sound silly, but I wouldn't like to have such an ostentatious job, I prefer simple things, and even if it's a job that allows me to live, I don't even want a car, just to be able to have ppublic transportation, a cozy bed and many books to read, a job to keep me well, and without needing to wear out or postpone my life. Speaking more professionally, I would like to work in the area of germplasm conservation, working for the INIA and preserving biodiversity, especially native species of the dry coast, really far from home, It is a job that must be done, and many hands are missing for its correct functioning, and if this cannot be done, I would like to work in the area of nematology, since it is considered an unexplored area, a...
